What's included
The prices for open enrollment courses include:
- Participation in instructor-led training (Classroom or Remote Classroom)
- Printed course manual, including presentations and hands-on labs (for Classroom courses, except for Microsoft Official Courses)
- Digital course manual, including presentations and hands-on labs (for Remote Classroom courses, except for Microsoft Official Courses)
- Five-year access to the U2U learning platform U2U Online
For Classroom courses:
- Snacks, coffee and drinks during the training
- A three-course lunch with a choice of five menus
Available Discounts
Group Discounts
Register multiple participants from the same company for the same course session:
- 2nd participant: 15% discount
- 3rd participant and beyond: 25% discount
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) – 10%
Receive a 10% discount when using your own laptop for Classroom courses. Participants must ensure that their device meets the technical requirements of the course. Please refer to the laptop setup guidelines for more information.
14-Day Advance Payment – 15%
Receive an additional 15% discount when full payment is completed at least 14 days before the course start date.

- Cancellation or rescheduling is not possible
- The full registration fee remains payable in all circumstances

Combine Discounts
Discounts can be combined (group + BYOD + advance payment), allowing total savings of up to 50%.
Example (5-day course price: € 2200)
- 1st participant: 25% discount → € 1650
- 2nd participant: 40% discount → € 1320
- 3rd participant: 50% discount → € 1100
Total for 3 participants: 4070 EUR (instead of 6600 EUR)

VAT
All prices are stated in EUR and exclude 21% VAT.
VAT will not be charged to:
- VAT-registered companies established in the European Union outside Belgium
- Companies established outside the European Union
- VAT-exempt organizations
The Enterprise training agreement: 20% discount
If your company requires 25 or more training days in one year, the Enterprise Training Agreement provides a significant discount opportunity of 20% on all scheduled courses. Contact info@u2u.be and we will provide you with a contract code that you can use each time when you register an employee of your company.

KMO Portefeuille van de Vlaamse Overheid
U2U is registered for the kmo-portefeuille subsidy from the Flemish government:

Dankzij deze maatregel kan u voor uw opleiding bij U2U tussen de 20% en 45% subsidies ontvangen. Onze opleidingen vallen onder het thema Digitalisering met als mogelijke subthema's: Software, Infrastructuur of Cybersecurity.
