Terms & Conditions for courses at the U2U training center

The prices for open enrollment courses include:

  • Participation to the live instructor-led classroom or online training.
  • Printed course manual, containing the presentations and hands-on-labs, except mentioned otherwise for classroom courses.
  • Digital course manual, containing the presentations and hands-on-labs, except mentioned otherwise for online courses.
  • 5-year access to the online platform U2U Online.
  • Coffee and drinks during the training.
  • 3-course lunch for classroom courses. Option to choose between 5 menus.

Prices are listed in EURO and do not include 21% VAT. There is no VAT charged for VAT registered companies in the European Union other than Belgium. VAT will not be charged for companies outside the European Union.

Our invoices are to be paid in full within 30 days from the start of the course.

The conditions listed here are valid for all course bookings registered at U2U after 1 August 2024 and before 1 February 2025. Price conditions are applicable only to the courses listed on the public U2U course calendar.

Save up to 50%

If you book your course online, you can save up to 50% on the listed prices. Depending on the course, the following discounts might be available:

  • 10% discount, if you bring your own portable pc (classroom courses only): We encourage you to follow a U2U course on your own portable PC. Therefore on most courses, we offer you a 10% discount if you bring your own laptop to the course. In order to complete the hands-on labs, your laptop configuration should be compliant with the following setup.
  • 15% discount for 14-Day Advance Payment: On the more popular courses, U2U will offer you an extra 15% discount if you pay in advance. To qualify for this 14-Day Advance Payment Discount, U2U must receive the full payment of the training at least two weeks prior to the scheduled course. Important restriction: your registration will be final and cannot be refunded, cancelled or changed.
  • Group Discount: To encourage you to register multiple participants in the same course session, U2U offers special discounts:
    • 15% discount for the second participant of the same company.
    • 25% discount from the third participant of the same company.

How to obtain a 50% discount

  • Book multiple participants from the same company for the same course organized at the same dates
  • Make use of your own laptop for the hands-on labs
  • Complete payment at least 14 days in advance

When all 3 conditions are met the first participant will receive a 25% discount, the second a 25% + 15% = 40% discount and from the third participant on a 25% + 25% = 50% discount will be given. Your group's price for a 5-day course with normal price 1900 EUR:

  • First participant: 1900 EUR - 25% = 1425 EUR
  • Second participant: 1900 EUR - 40% = 1140 EUR
  • Third participant: 1900 EUR - 50% = 950 EUR

Total for 3 participants: 3515 EUR (instead of 5700 EUR)

The Enterprise training agreement: 20% discount

If your company requires 25 or more training days in one year, the Enterprise Training Agreement provides a significant discount opportunity of 20% on all scheduled courses. Contact and we will provide you with a contract code that you can use each time when you register an employee of your company.

KMO Portefeuille van de Vlaamse Overheid

U2U is registered for the kmo-portefeuille subsidy from the Flemish government:

U2U is geregistreerd als opleidingsverstrekker voor de subsidiemaatregel van de Vlaamse overheid kmo-portefeuille. Dankzij deze maatregel kan u voor uw opleiding bij U2U tussen de 20% en 45% subsidies ontvangen. Onze opleidingen vallen onder het thema Digitalisering met als mogelijke subthema's: Software, Infrastructuur of Cybersecurity.

Payment Methods

U2U invoices can be paid by means of bank wire transfer or credit card. When you book your U2U course online, you can choose the following payment methods:

Bank wire transfer:

Our invoice will be sent the first day of the course and is payable within a period of 30 days. If you choose the 14-day advance prepayment discount, the invoice will be sent shortly after your registration. The payment must be received 14 days before the start of the course.

Credit Card:

We accept Visa or MasterCard payments, a U2U invoice confirming your payment will be sent after we receive your credit card payment.


Cancellations up to 8 days before the course or seminar are at no charge. Cancellations after this date, as well as no-shows, will be liable for the full registration fee.

Registrations that benefit from the 15% discount for 14-Day Advance Payments are not eligible for cancellation. These registrations are final and cannot be refunded, cancelled or changed.

Substitutions may be made at any time by providing U2U with written notice of the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Please send cancellation and/or substitution information by e-mail to

Privacy - What personal information do we store?

U2U collects a minimal set of personal data. By signing up for a public course through our website we request the following information:

  • From the Registrar: Company, Title, First Name, Last Name, Email, Address, Postal Code, City Country and Phone.
  • From the participant: Title, First Name, Last Name and Email.

By registering for a training, every person agrees to the U2U terms and conditions.

For email campaigns to our target audience, we use Mailchimp where individual subscribers are presented with options to manage their profile and subscription. Any questions on this topic? Please contact us via
