Terms and Conditions for Open Enrollment Courses

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to to all open enrollment course bookings registered with U2U.

2. Course fees

The prices for open enrollment courses include:

  • Participation in instructor-led training (Classroom or Remote Classroom)
  • Printed course manual, including presentations and hands-on labs (for Classroom courses, except for Microsoft Official Courses)
  • Digital course manual, including presentations and hands-on labs (for Remote Classroom courses, except for Microsoft Official Courses)
  • Five-year access to the U2U learning platform U2U Online.
  • Snacks, coffee and drinks during the training.
  • For Classroom courses: a three-course lunch with a choice of five menus

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are stated in EUR and exclude 21% VAT.

VAT will not be charged to:

  • VAT-registered companies established in the European Union outside Belgium
  • Companies established outside the European Union
  • VAT-exempt organizations

4. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid in full within 30 days from the course start date, unless the 14-day advance payment discount applies.

In case of the 14-day advance payment discount, full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to the course start date.

5. Payment Methods

Bank transfer

Invoices are issued on the first day of the course and are payable within 30 days.

In case of the 14-day advance payment discount, the invoice is issued shortly after registration and must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the course start date.

Credit card

Payments by Visa or MasterCard are accepted.

An invoice confirming the payment will be issued upon receipt of the credit card payment.

6. Cancellations

Standard Registrations:

  • Cancellations made at least 8 days before the course start date are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 8 days before the course start date or no-shows will be charged the full registration fee.

Non-Refundable Registrations (14-Day Advance Payment Discount):

  • Registrations are final.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling is not possible.
  • The full registration fee remains payable in all circumstances.

7. Substitutions

Participants may be replaced at any time, provided that U2U is notified in writing and the details of both the original and replacement participant are supplied.

Requests for cancellation or substitution must be sent to info@u2u.be.

8. Privacy

U2U collects a limited set of personal data in the context of course registrations.

The following data is collected:

  • From the registrar: Company, Title, First Name, Last Name, Email, Address, Postal Code, City, Country, Phone
  • From the participant: Title, First Name, Last Name, Email

U2U uses Mailchimp for mailing campaigns. Subscribers can manage their profile and subscription preferences.

Participants have the following rights under the GDPR:

  • Right to be forgotten
  • Right to object
  • Right to rectification
  • Right of access
