Price conditions for the U2U calendar courses

The prices listed on our course calendar include the participation
to the course or seminar in the U2U training center in Brussels. The price listed
for a course includes the participation to the high quality lecture and hands-on
exercises on an individual pc, a U2U course book (course code starting with a U)
or an official Microsoft Official Courseware (course codes starting with MS), includes
coffee, soft drinks, snacks and a lunch. The price listed for a seminar includes
the participation to the high quality lecture and a U2U course book, includes coffee,
soft drinks, snacks and a lunch. The conditions listed here valid for all course
bookings registered at U2U after 1
January 2009 and before 1 January 2010. Price conditions
are applicable only to the courses listed on the public U2U course calendar.
Prices are listed in EURO and do not include 21% VAT. There is no VAT charged for
VAT registered companies in the European Union other than Belgium. VAT will not
be charged for companies outside the European Union.

Save up to 50%
If you book your course online, you can save up to 50%
off the listed prices. Depending on the course, the following discounts might be
available:
10% discount, if you bring your own portable pc: We encourage you
to follow a U2U course on your own portable PC. Therefore we offer you a 10% discount
if you bring your own PC to the course; notice that you must have installed your
own software in order to complete the hands-ons and labs.
15% discount for 14-Day Advance Prepayment: On most courses,
U2U will offer you an extra 15% discount if you pay in advance. To qualify for this
14-Day Advance Prepayment Discount, U2U must receive the full payment of the training
at least two weeks prior to the scheduled course. Important restriction: if you
choose this advance prepayment discount, your
registration will be final and cannot be refunded, cancelled or changed.
Group discounts
15% discount for the second participant of the same company: To
encourage multiple participants in the same course program, U2U offers special discounts
for simultaneous registrations.
25% discount from the third participant of the same company

How to obtain a 50% discount
Book multiple participants in the same course program, without PCs or lunches; prepay
14 days in advance. The first participant will receive a 25% discount, the second
a 25% + 15% = 40% discount and from the third participant of the same company, a
25% + 25% = 50% discount will be given. Your group's price
for a 5-day course with normal price 1750 EUR:
First participant: 1750 EUR - 25% = 1313 EUR
Second participant: 1750 EUR - 40% = 1050 EUR
Third participant: 1750 EUR - 50% = 875 EUR
Total for 3 participants: 3238 EUR (instead of 5250 EUR)
The Enterprise training agreement: 20% discount
If your company requires 25 or more training days in one year, the Enterprise Training
Agreement provides a significant discount opportunity of 20% on all scheduled courses.
Contact info@u2u.be and we will provide you with a contract code that you can use
each time when you register an employee of your company.
Vouchers and cheques
Microsoft Software Assurance Vouchers
U2U also accepts Microsoft Software Assurance Vouchers. Microsoft Software Assurance
(SA) training vouchers can be used to take any Microsoft Official Course at U2U.

KMO Portefeuille van de Vlaamse Overheid
U2U accepts training vouchers of the Flemish government:
U2U is erkend als opleidingsverstrekker voor
de nieuwe geïntegreerde subsidiemaatregel
van de Vlaamse
overheid KMO-portefeuille. Dankzij deze
maatregel kan u voor uw opleiding bij U2U
tot 50% subsidies ontvangen. Het
erkenningsnummer van U2U voor de pijler
opleiding is DV.O105448
(geldig tot 1/4/2011).

Payment Methods
U2U invoices can be paid by means of bank
wire transfer or credit card. When you book
your U2U course online, you can choose the
following payment methods:
Bank wire transfer:
Our invoice will be send the first day of
the course and is payable within a period of
30 days. If you choose for 14-day advance
prepayment, your payment must be received 14
days before the start of the course.
Credit Card:
We accept Visa or MasterCard; payments a U2U
invoice confirming your payment will be sent
after we receive your credit card payment.
Cancellations
Cancellations up to 8 days before the course or seminar are at no charge. Cancellations
after this date, as well as no-shows, will be liable for the full registration fee.
Substitutions may be made at any time by providing U2U with written notice of the
names of both the original and substitute registrant. Please send cancellation and/or

Special prices for Academic Personnel
For several U2U calendar courses, up to 50% discount is given to academic
personnel from Belgian high schools and universities. Please contact us by email
info@u2u.be to find out what special discount is
available before registering for a course. Important remark: this discount is only
available for teaching personnel and not for the technical staff.
U2U offers special group prices for courses and seminars organized on-site at your
